Notes for contributors
Contributions are most welcome. We can handle GMT cpt files, GIMP gradients, Paint Shop Pro gradients, SVG gradients and ArcView Legends. Please send them to J.J. Green and I'll add them to the archive as soon as is possible.
The archive is organised on a per-author basis, with each author having (if requested) subdirectories for thematic collections of gradients. Let me know if you'd like a particular directory structure.
It would be helpful if you could include a description of the gradients, their rationale and intended applications; this information can introduce your thumbnails page. If your gradients have been used in some online resource, then please include a link to it.
If there are any restrictions on the use or further distribution of the gradients then please make these clear in a README file, or in the file itself.
